JLT BISWA are able to offer the Vero & QBE Home Warranty products to registered builders;
JLT BISWA will issue certificates direct form its Perth office (improving turnaround times);
The QBE product has the capacity to have individual jobs controlled by an “under construction” limit. This will be set in dollar terms (rather than the number of certificates issued) and will be a revolving limit (i.e. it will be constantly reinstated once a project reaches practical completion);
The Vero product enables builders to access a web-based on-line system for Project Applications
